Felipe Alves França da Silva (born May 14, 1987 in Suzano, São Paulo) is a breaststroke swimmer from Brazil, who competed for his country at the 2008 Olympics.[1]

At the 2009 Brazilian Championships (Maria Lenk Trophy) he became the first swimmer to swim under 27-seconds in the long-course 50m breaststroke, winning the event with the world record of 26.89.

The time was beaten by Cameron van der Burgh two times in the 2009 World Aquatics Championships, setting the record at 26.67 in the final, in which Silva won the silver medal.
